First and foremost you are a good and responsible person and can be a positive role model in attitude and behavior for children.
You have at least 2 years of experience working with children.
You express yourself and write correctly in Romanian and mathematics up to grade VIII holds no secrets for you.
You know how to treat others with respect and make yourself liked by both children and adults you work with.
You consider yourself energetic, adaptable, proactive, non-confrontational, flexible in thinking, with very good communication and teamwork skills.
You are always eager to learn new things, ready to lend a hand whenever possible and driven to make the world around you a little bit better.
Requirements:
High school graduate with a Baccalaureate diploma
It's an advantage if you have:
inclination towards technology, intermediate knowledge of English, driving license category B
Your role
You will help school children with homework (grades 0–VIII) and carry out educational, creative, and recreational activities together with them.
You will assist children in using our digital classroom when they connect to online courses.
You will interact with children and occasionally with their parents and volunteers of the BufKids Center.
You will periodically assess the children’s academic progress.
You will strive to continuously improve your workplace and activities, bringing ideas and initiatives in this regard.

About us
The Hercules Association is a non-governmental, apolitical and non-religious organization. We coordinate two day centers for children from socially vulnerable families, one in Buftea (BufKids Day Center, founded in 2020) and one in Costești, Argeș (Hercules Day Center, founded in 2007).
We operate exclusively with funds from private companies (see sponsors) and individual donors.
BufKids is a growing and developing project. At the Buftea day center, a maximum of 50 children aged 6–14 attend daily. They are helped with homework and participate in various educational activities. They connect to online school or participate in online educational activities with our volunteer teachers (help with homework, various subjects, foreign languages, etc.).
