Additionally, 36 teaching and support staff members participated in specific training programs to carry out integrated non-formal education activities, aiming to improve the educational offer within the partner schools in Ilfov County.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The project \"E-COOL \u2013 Creative Education Organized through Outdoor Learning\" was implemented between August 3, 2022, and December 31, 2023, and addressed the following target group:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2013 346 primary and lower-secondary school students (ISCED 1 level) enrolled in one of the partner schools\u2014School No. 3 Buftea (legal entity), School No. 4 Buftea (affiliated with School No. 3 Buftea), and School No. 1 Glina\u2014who were involved in outdoor non-formal educational activities such as:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>activities to reduce functional illiteracy, promote non-discrimination, and provide guidance for students in terminal years to support school transition;<\/li>\n<li>clubs in the fields of sports, creative arts, nutrition &amp;
