Sponsorships – 20% of profit / income

No one truly lives well in a community that neglects education. Use your tax for the education of vulnerable children. In a decade, or even less, these children will make decisions that will affect and improve (or not) your world, our world, and your children's world. Invest in an educated community.

Any Romanian or multinational company in Romania that has paid profit tax or income tax has the opportunity to sponsor an NGO and a cause they believe in, using funds already transferred to ANAF through tax payments – within the limit of 20% of the profit or income tax.

If you have paid profit or income tax, you can choose to invest this tax in developing a more educated community, supporting access to quality education for vulnerable children.

Complete Declaration 177 and the sponsorship contract with the Hercules Association, an efficient, responsible organization, as brave as Hercules. For over 19 years, we have been working at the grassroots level, in direct daily contact with vulnerable children, and we have managed to bring hundreds of children onto the path of education, offering them a real chance for a better life.

 

At both day centers of the Hercules Association – the BufKids Center in Buftea and the Hercules Center in Costești (Argeș) – we help 100 children at risk of school dropout daily to go to school with their homework done, fed and well-equipped, to have access to diverse and useful educational activities, and to become curious, confident, kind, and responsible.

Declaration 177 – Become a sponsor and support a trusted NGO – without effort and without expense

The company will not have any real expense or cost, because by completing Declaration 177, you are redirecting from the tax already paid

Also, the sponsored amount is paid to the non-governmental organization directly by ANAF, not by the company

The amount available for sponsorship is calculated exactly through the income/profit tax return; it is not just an estimate

The EBITDA indicator is not impacted, as Declaration 177 is filed after the end of the fiscal year

This type of sponsorship offers the benefit of reducing the taxable base by the equivalent of the sponsorship, under the conditions of the law – Law 32/1994

How it works. Three simple steps that can take us far:

Sign a sponsorship contract with the Hercules Association.

Complete Declaration 177 (download the declaration by clicking the button below), through which you request the fiscal authority to redirect the unallocated amount to the Hercules Association on your behalf. Calculate the amount you have available for sponsorships.

Send the contract through mail to the Hercules Association then submit the completed Declaration 177 to ANAF.

The Hercules Association offers numerous volunteering opportunities for employees of the companies that sponsor our program.

Whether you want to help us with the maintenance activities of the Center or with the many and diverse activities carried out together with the children, we always need extra helping hands.

The children always enjoy guests and help, a new workshop with an interesting activity, or an outing to the movies or theater together with volunteers.

Order greeting cards and small gifts

Creative Workshops

Within our Creative Workshops, children, volunteers, and sometimes seniors showcase their talent and imagination.

For us, the workshop is a serious play: we enjoy inventing designs for greeting cards and "mărțișoare", and how to transform them into reality. It is also serious because these small creations help us cover a part of our activity costs.

You can contact us via e-mail, and we will send you photos of the objects made by us. After you choose an item, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm the order and discuss further details.
Delivery is made via post or courier, at your choice, with cash on delivery (COD). Transport costs are not covered by the association.

Thanks to the funds raised, every summer the children have had the chance to go to a seaside camp, enjoying beautiful and unforgettable experiences.
