Description
The Hercules Association, as Beneficiary, implements in the period 20.10.2025 – 30.04.2026 the project E-SMART: Efficiency through Modern Solutions, Resilient Activities and Technology, project funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, call for projects Digitalization of the Non-Governmental Organizations Sector. The total value of the project is 202,345.09 lei of which the co-financing value is 10,117.26 lei.
General Objective

The development of digital competencies for 22 employees and volunteers of the organization to face the challenges of new technologies that they must use in conducting activities with children, equipping the organization's center with equipment and licenses adequate to present technologies and making the organization's services accessible to vulnerable groups of beneficiaries from the community, over a period of 6 months of project implementation.
Specific Objectives
The development of digital competencies for 12 employees and 10 volunteers of the Hercules Association regarding the use of new technologies within the organization and in the relationship with beneficiaries and stakeholders over a period of 3 months.
Facilitating digital transformation in a sustainable manner for the Hercules Association by implementing within the organization hardware technical solutions (5 x laptops, 1 x server, 1 x smart-access IoT equipment, 1 x wireless router, 2 x tablets) and software solutions (1 x ERP license, 5 x CRM licenses, 5 x AI licenses, 5 x cloud-computing licenses, 5 x antivirus licenses, 5 x document processing licenses, 5 x creative-photo licenses, 1 x server connection license) over a period of 6 months.
Making the educational services of the organization accessible in digital format for vulnerable children from the community by developing 1 x presentation website of the organization and creating 1 x account on a new social network through which the organization can easily reach vulnerable beneficiaries and donors, sponsors, and volunteers to support the organization over a period of 4 months.
