Hercules Association announces the implementation of project E-SMART: Efficiency through Modern Solutions, Resilient Activities and Technology, which was funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
Project Call: DIGITALIZATION OF THE NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS SECTOR
The project aims to develop digital skills for 22 employees and volunteers of the organization to meet the challenges of new technologies required for activities with children, to equip the organization’s center with hardware and software licenses appropriate for modern technology, and to make the organization’s services more accessible to vulnerable beneficiary groups in the community over a 6-month implementation period.
Project Objectives:
- Developing digital skills for 12 employees and 10 volunteers of the Hercules Association regarding the use of new technologies within the organization and in relation to beneficiaries and stakeholders.
- Facilitating the digital transformation of the Hercules Association in a sustainable manner by implementing technical hardware solutions (5 x laptops, 1 x server, 1 x IoT smart-access device, 1 x wireless router, 2 x tablets) and software solutions (1 x ERP license, 5 x CRM licenses, 5 x AI licenses, 5 x cloud-computing licenses, 5 x antivirus licenses, 5 x document processing licenses, 5 x creative-photo licenses, 1 x server connection license).
- Making educational services accessible in a digital format for vulnerable children in the community by developing 1 x organizational presentation website and creating 1 x account on a new social network, enabling the organization to easily reach vulnerable beneficiaries as well as donors, sponsors, and volunteers to support the cause.
Total Project Value: 202.345,09 lei and the co-financing value is 10.117,26 lei
